Good service, we didn't feel like leaving.

The location was magnificent, just a short stroll away from Cerna Valley. We were upgraded to deluxe apartment on check in. Its personnel was very attentive and exceptionally nice, no complaints. Loved our place and can't wait to go back.

Excellent hotel where an above average breakfast was served. The room was a nice size with a comfortable bed and a shower, hair dryers, and soft bathrobes in the bathroom. The location was nice, within a close distance from Cerna Valley. Loved the nice enough area.

The location was breathtaking, nestled in the midst of stunning scenery with views as far as the eye could see. The indoor and outdoor pools were a real highlight, offering a refreshing dip after a day exploring. The staff were welcoming and always willing to lend a helping hand.

Whilst the breakfast was delicious, the food served at other mealtimes didn't quite hit the mark and fell short of our high expectations. some of the rooms lacked proper ventilation, which made for a stuffy and uncomfortable night's sleep.

I recently stayed at a great hotel in Baile Herculane and had a fantastic experience. The new building was clean and nice, with spacious rooms and a large shower in the bathroom. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing valuable advice on parking and clarifying the operating hours of various facilities. The location of the hotel offered stunning views, and the indoor and outdoor pools were a refreshing treat. I felt at home from the moment I arrived and left wishing I could have stayed longer. I will definitely be returning in the future.

This hotel is a luxurious retreat that caters to all exclusive amenities and needs. The spacious rooms are well-equipped with private facilities and offer breathtaking views. The Spa & wellness centre provides a relaxing atmosphere for massages, Jacuzzi, and other wellness treatments, while the outdoor/indoor swimming pools, steam room, and sauna are nothing but a treat. The garden area and seasonal outdoor pool are perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the picturesque surroundings. The staff was professional and attentive, always ready to provide excellent service.

The restaurant did not live up to our expectations. Although breakfast was good, only one out of three meals was cooked to our taste.
